How a draw works
The bank is sectioned into three buckets — theory, procedure, and math. Every printable seat pulls 20 theory, 13 procedure, and 7 math questions on a fresh draw. The 40-question form is a single PDF with a tamper-evident serial; the proctor key is a separate, owner-locked PDF.
- Cumulative pool: Level 2 candidates draw from L1 and L2 combined; at least 40% of each bucket comes from the candidate's own level.
- One-shot draw: The form is locked the moment Start exam (or Print) is clicked — no re-rolls.
- Reprints: Each seat is stamped with a unique serial; reprints reuse that same serial and the same drawn questions.
- Pass threshold: 75% — 30 of 40 correct.
Audit-defensible by construction
Every issued seat carries a unique serial of the form METHOD-LEVEL-YYYY-NNNNNN-XXXX (e.g., UT-L2-2026-000001-80DE). Each serial has a public verify URL exposing only the candidate name, method, level, issue date, and current status — never the questions or answers. Questions are sourced from public technical literature and curated for audit-defensibility. The bank version is stamped on every printed packet so an auditor can trace exactly which pool the candidate drew from.
