REVIEW

Procedure Review

Send us your written practice, NDE procedure, weld VT/UT/MT/PT/RT/ET procedure, or qualification record. A Level III reads it line-by-line and returns a marked-up document with findings, recommended changes, and references to relevant guidance (SNT-TC-1A 2024, ANSI/ASNT CP-105-2024, AWS D1.1, ASME Section V, API 1104).

  • Flat-fee, scoped per document
  • Turnaround quoted in writing before engagement
  • Deliverable: redlined document plus a one-page summary memo

PRE-AUDIT

Pre-Audit Readiness Check

One-hour video call where the Level III walks through your qualification record, written practice, and exam-administration evidence — flagging audit risks before a Naval, USCG, prime-contractor, or third-party auditor sees them. Concludes with a written summary memo.

  • Best for shops getting a new contract that triggers an unfamiliar audit
  • Or for established shops who want a second set of eyes before a known audit window
  • Deliverable: prioritized findings list and a remediation order-of-operations

CURRICULUM

Custom Curriculum Mapping

We map your written practice — by method, by level, by job role — to specific Applied NDT course modules. Output is a per-employee training plan and a per-method training-hour record that aligns with your audit story. Pairs with an enterprise team plan.

  • Scope and pricing depend on inspector count and method coverage
  • Deliverable: training-plan document, mapping spreadsheet, and rollout sequence
  • Optional: ongoing maintenance as your written practice evolves

CONSULT

Standing Level III Retainer

For shipyards and inspection companies without an in-house Level III. A set number of consultation hours per month, rolling, with priority response. Use the time for accept/reject calls, written practice updates, procedure changes, and audit prep as situations arise.

  • Scope and rate set in writing before engagement begins
  • Single point of contact, consistent Level III across the engagement
  • Best paired with our enterprise team training and exam-bank licensing

How Engagements Work

Every paid engagement starts with a brief scope-and-pricing exchange by email. We confirm the deliverable, the timeline, and the rate in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. We do not publish per-engagement pricing because fair pricing depends on document length, inspector count, method coverage, and turnaround urgency. Email sales@appliedndt.com with a one-paragraph description of what you need and we will reply within one business day.

Boundaries

Applied NDT services support your employer-based qualification process. They do not replace it. Final certification of personnel, acceptance of indications, and release of inspection reports remain the responsibility of the employer's qualified Level III in accordance with the employer's written practice. Service deliverables are advisory and provided in good faith based on the information you supply. They do not constitute a contractual inspection finding, a third-party certification, or legal advice.
