Each printed seat draws a unique 40-question form using a cumulative pool with a 40% candidate-level floor (per SNT-TC-1A guidance). Each seat is stamped with a unique serial; reprints reuse that same serial and the same drawn questions. Questions are sourced from public technical literature and curated for audit-defensibility.
